With a life-long mission to always produce something new and exciting, Ahmad Izham Omar has ignited many different creative fields.

A well-respected content and media professional, Izham was recently Executive Director, Content & Creative of The Walt Disney Company (SEA). He led Disney’s entry into SEA original series, collaborating with top creatives and overseeing 14 top-ranking and award-winning series in just two and half years. Izham was also CEO of Primeworks Studios, then Malaysia’s largest production company, overseeing production of over 3000 content hours annually. There he championed hits like Ejen Ali The Movie and Malaysia’s first Netflix Original film, Pulang. His significant accomplishments in leadership roles at Media Prima include being CEO of Media Prima TV Networks (TV3, 8TV, ntv7, TV9) with a combined 45% market share, launching the highly-successful FTA station 8TV, establishing popular radio stations Hot FM, Fly FM and One FM, and introducing Malaysia’s first streaming service, tonton. Izham was also Chairman of the Communications and Multimedia Content Forum and Vice Chairman of the Malaysian Film Producers Association.

In the music industry, Izham introduced iconic artists such as Too Phat, OAG, Poetic Ammo and Innuendo, significantly transforming the Malaysian music industry while heading legendary record label Positive Tone. Through Media Prima’s record label Monkey Bone, he produced successful artists such as Faizal Tahir, Jaclyn Victor and Shila Amzah. He is also a multi award-winning music producer, arranger, songwriter and musician who has worked with big names including Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza, Irish rock outfit Relish and K-Pop act Billlie.


Izham is currently on the Board of Trustees of the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas and the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and a Vice-Chairperson of Music Authors’ Copyright Protection (MACP).

Kelvin Chee, trained as a banker with a chartered career path, took a leap of faith by exploring another path to join the country’s biggest brand in cinema entertainment, Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC). His sphere of dots expanded its multiple horizons and dimensions as he set the journey for GSC’s digital and technology transformation that made it a brand recognizable in every level of society in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. As The Walt Disney Company’s Country Head for Studio Entertainment, he led a team in devising creative movie marketing strategies that resulted in record-breaking box office and marketing experiences in Malaysia.

Known across the region for her love and skill in the development and production of Southeast Asian content, Ayu has been involved in both premium and mass content in several Asian countries. As a content executive at The Walt Disney Company SEA, she was involved in content projects including premium originals from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and South Korea, working with the best creatives across the Asian region. Prior to her Disney stint, Ayu was a longstanding content executive at one of Malaysia’s largest production companies Primeworks Studios where she was involved in the development and production of many series and feature blockbusters.

With his dedication and expertise in the Malaysian film industry, Amirr is a distinguished young producer eager to push creative boundaries and explore new storytelling horizons. During his tenure at Astro Shaw, he built an impressive portfolio, producing narratives that deeply resonated with audiences. Amirr has successfully led, produced and contributed to a diverse range of projects, from feature films to series, including the critically acclaimed Project: High Council and Dukun Diva. His work at Astro Shaw showcases his exceptional ability to manage complex productions while maintaining a commitment to delivering both high-quality and mass-appeal content.

A recent graduate from MMU’s Faculty of Cinematic Arts, Bachelor’s Degree, Afif has emerged as an aspiring producer with a range of short films and documentaries driven by his passion for storytelling and leadership. Inspired by his upbringing and childhood overseas, he’s drawn to diverse and challenging narratives. His work includes Jalur Gemilang (2023), which screened at SeaShorts 2024 and UCIFEST 2024 in Indonesia, as well as genre-spanning projects like the tokusatsu-inspired Ksatria Baja (2024) and the bold, issue-driven Pelandai Penyayau Nadai Tuju (2025). Afif believes every story deserves a voice, and is always ready to push boundaries to make sure they are told.
